Emergency Gate operation

To automatically open the gate, use the key card or PIN code you received at check-in. If the gate doesn't respond (e.g., due to a power outage), you will need to operate it manually to exit the resort.

  1. Locate the black boxes at both entrance and exit gates

  2. Open the door

  3. Set the lever to its full extended position and pull the gate sidewards
